Call the Office (614-451-GATE or 740-494-4200) so we can collect information regarding the service required.
The information will be sent to our technicians
One of the technicians will contact for more details.
If a service call is needed your facility will be added to the service schedule.
A technician will visit your site and evaluate the problem. We stock parts for the products we install and frequently can resolve the issue with one trip.
We will send an invoice for the time and materials required to make the repairs. This typically take 1 to 1 weeks.
Basic information about the equipment like make, model and a desctiption of the problem are very helpful.
We will need complete contact information:
1. proper address for the location of the equipment.
2. billing email and address
3. phone numbers
Our trip charges are based on a zone system related to mileage.
If our tech has to wait for authorization to complete the repairs we will charge for that time.
Additional trip charges will apply if authorization can not be obtained while the tech is on site.
We do not provide free estimates. This is not a plausible practice for our industry.
